This floor is dedicated to rest and leisure: a relaxation room with a jacuzzi and a children’s play area guarantee a wonderful time for young and old alike.
Two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and toilet, ensure privacy and tranquillity.

 

Level 0: a bright and cosy living space
The tone is set as soon as you enter: a cosy dining room and a large living room with a wood-burning stove, TV and hi-fi system invite you to relax.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher) offers everything you need to cook together in comfort.
A family bedroom sleeping three with a TV and en-suite bathroom, a games room (shuffleboard, darts) and a second lounge complete this ideal space for enjoying quality time together as a group.
 

 

Level 1: relaxation and privacy
This floor features two further bedrooms:

• One for 2 people (2x90 box-spring beds).

• Another for 4 people (4x90 box-spring beds).

A spacious bathroom with a bath, shower, double washbasin and toilet is available.

 

Breathtaking outdoor spaces
The estate covers over 24,000 m²: a 6,000 m² private garden and 18,000 m² of natural woodland for your walks or outdoor games.
Children have access to a fully equipped play area (swing, slide, sandpit, merry-go-round, pétanque court), whilst adults can enjoy the numerous terraces and the covered barbecue area for convivial meals.
A private car park with 10 spaces is also available.

 

Annexe – indoor swimming pool and wellness area
Just 5 metres from the main house is an area entirely dedicated to relaxation.
Enjoy a private indoor swimming pool heated to 28°C (8 m x 4 m x 1.5 m), protected by a safety cover, as well as a hot tub, a shower, a changing room and separate toilets.
 

 

he space also includes a dining room for 6 people, a sitting area with a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge and dishwasher).

• Bedroom 6: suitable for guests with reduced mobility (sleeps 2, 2x90 box springs) with an accessible bathroom, walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.

Upstairs, there are three further comfortable bedrooms:

• Bedroom 7: sleeps 2, en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet).

• Bedroom 8: sleeps 3 (2x70 box-spring beds + single bed on a mezzanine), en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet).
