Level -1
The pool-level floor comprises a hall, two separate toilets, and a superb wellness area with a private indoor swimming pool heated to 28°C (11 m x 5.5 m), fitted with a child-safe cover. You’ll also enjoy a relaxation room equipped with sun loungers, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a steam room.

 

Level 0
This central level comprises a hall, a cosy games room (table football, shuffleboard, darts) and a spacious living room with an open fire, TV, DVD player, hi-fi system and indoor barbecue.
The spacious dining room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher).
There are two bedrooms on this level:

• Bedroom 1: sleeps 2, double bed, en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet) – fully accessible for people with reduced mobility.

• Bedroom 2: sleeps 2, twin beds, en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet).

A utility room with a washing machine, hoover and iron is also available.

 

Level 1

This level offers several comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms:

 

• Bedroom 3: Sleeps 3 (double bed + single bed), bathroom with whirlpool bath, double washbasin and WC.

• Bedroom 4: Sleeps 2 (bunk bed).

• Room 5: Sleeps 4 (double bed + bunk bed), en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin + WC.

• Room 6: Sleeps 2 (double bed), en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

• Room 7: Sleeps 3 (double bed + single bed), en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin +WC.

• Bedroom 8: sleeps 2 (double bed), en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

 

Outdoors

Outside, you’ll find a large private garden of 600 m², a 60 m² terrace and a 70 m² covered terrace with a barbecue. A private car park completes the property.
